AWARENESS AND AUTHOR EVENTS

AWARENESS AND AUTHOR EVENTS

I can be very bad at gathering feedback about the events I do around mental health/illness, often using START or Blackbird Singing, as sources for our discussions. I don’t like to identify people but maybe these recent anonymous comments would help people see the value of some of them.

· I just wanted to thank you all for organising today’s session. It was such an honest discussion of experiences that people have had over the years. As someone that has had struggles with my own mental health I truly appreciate hearing how others cope with their own.

· Hearing from Graham was really powerful and it will help me in my role as a people manager to some of my team who also struggle with depression amongst other mental health challenges.

· I had a lovely chat with a colleague today who was telling me she adored your chat and the realism you brought. She asked if I would book you next year. Said you were beyond delightful and so good at the whole workplace conversation
