RECLAIMING OUR HERITAGE.

The Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival have just finished a project called ‘Reclaiming our Heritage.’
It features the stories of over 40 artists and others talking about Mental Health and arts and creativity and is a rich treasure of this work from the last fifty years or so.

if you are extremely interested (and even I almost wasn’t!) you can listen to me talking for an hour and more about my own creative work and the work we did in HUG (action for mental health) over the years to spread our message about mental health/illness using creative methods to do so.
